The City of Mortons Gap will receive separate, sealed Proposals for their Water System Rehabilitation & Upgrade Project: Contract 1 – Automated Water Meter Reading System until 10:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the Mortons Gap City Hall, 102 S. Main Street, P.O. Box 367, Mortons Gap, Kentucky, 42440, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The proposals will be for the purchase of equipment and services for use in implementing an automated water meter reading system throughout the Mortons Gap water system (Hopkins County). Installation of water meters by separate contract at a later date.
This project is funded with monies provided by the Kentucky Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) with federal funds provided by the Environmental Protection Agency. Applicable SRF requirements and provisions must be met by the Bidder and all subcontractors.
