The Logan Todd Regional Water Commission will receive separate,
sealed Bids for their Upgrade &
Expansion of the George W. Arnold Water Treatment Facility Contract 1-2021
until 10:00 a.m. (local time), Wednesday, December
15, 2021 at the office of Logan Todd Regional
Water Commission, 248 Tower Street, P.O. Box 400, Guthrie, Kentucky 42234, at which time they will be
publicly opened and read aloud.
The
work to be performed involves installation of a new pretreatment pump and
intermediate pump with associated appurtenances at the treatment plant in
Guthrie, KY (Todd County). Bids will be received for a single prime
Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis.
The
Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Strand Associates, Inc., 325 West
Main Street, Suite 710, Louisville, KY 40202 or by calling (502) 583-7020. Perspective Bidders may obtain copies of the
Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
On November 24th, Information
and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated
websites: www.strand.com or at www.quest.cdn.com. Plans will be sold with
an option of Digital only OR Printed Set w/ Digital copy. Bids will be accepted only from registered
contractors holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office.
Bidders are strongly encouraged
to arrange for a tour of the site to review the Bidding Documents during normal
working hours (8 A.M. to 4 P.M., Monday through Friday) a minimum of 7 days
prior to Bid Opening by scheduling an appointment with Kyle Kenner at Logan Todd Regional Water Commission. Verbal comments made during the tour shall be non-binding and
OWNER maintains the right to modify the Bidding Documents as written in the
Instructions to Bidders.
