The South Logan Water Association will receive separate, sealed Bids for their Water Office & Southern Bypass Extension Project: Contract No. 2 – New Water Office Building until 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the office of South Logan Water Association, 114 South Main Street, Adairville, Kentucky 42202, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work to be performed involves the construction of a new 4,643 SF office facility, including site development, for a new South Logan Water Association headquarters on the corner of Railroad Street and West Gallatin Street in Adairville, Kentucky (Logan County). Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30-4:30 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
