The Todd County Water District will receive separate, sealed Bids for their KY Highway 181 Waterline Upgrade & Replacement Project until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 4 at the office of Todd County Water District, 2201 New Highway 68 West, P.O. Box 520, Elkton, Kentucky 42220, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work to be performed involves the installation of approximately 26,700 LF of 12-inch waterline replacement and approximately 30,200 LF of 10-inch waterline replacement, all along KY Highway 181; plus other appurtenances generally along this highway in Todd County (KY). Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with separate PVC and ductile iron material options, and additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30-4:30 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.Printed copies of the Bidding Documents many be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above. A $100.00 non-refundable charge will be required for each contract set of Bidding Documents (each set includes specifications and 22-inch by 34-inch drawings). Shipping and handling fees are included. Overnight mailing of Bidding Documents will not be provided. Bids will be accepted only from contractors holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office.
