The City of Guthrie will receive separate, sealed Proposals for their Phase I Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project until 3:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Guthrie City Hall, 110 Kendall St, PO Box 125, Guthrie, Kentucky, 42234, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids are being received for three separate contracts:
Contract 1 – Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction
Contract 2 – New Plant Site Clearing and Grubbing
Contract 3 – New Plant Site Fencing
Contract 1 involves supplying, erecting and placing in operation a packaged wastewater treatment system to augment the existing Guthrie municipal wastewater treatment plant. Contract 2 involves clearing and grubbing of the new plant site. Contract 3 involves fencing the new plant site. The work is located in Guthrie, Todd County, Kentucky at or adjacent to the existing wastewater treatment plant and is to be performed in accordance with contract documents and specifications. Separate lump sum bids will be received for each Contract.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
